O.K. Dann gehts jetzt los:Schneidet Euch aus dem Schaumstoffrest ein Rechteck ... dieses hier ist etw 9 x 13 cm groß. Das Koffer-Nadelkissen kann frau in jeder beliebigen Größe herstellen, ich werde daher auf die Angabe von exakten Mengen und Maßen verzichten.
Aus dem mittelbraunen Stoff schneidet Euch nun ein Rechteck, daß einmal den Schaumstoffblock umrundet und rechnet noch eine Nahtzugabe von mind. 1 cm pro langer Seite dazu! Die schmalen Kanten werden hinterher "zugefaltet", daher benötigen wir an diesen Seiten eine Nahtzugabe in Höhe des Schaumstoffblocks - also bei mir etwa 3 cm.
Zeichnet Euch diese Maße als Anhaltpunkte z. B. mit einem Kreidestift auf die rechte Seite des Stoffes. Die Kreide kann nach Fertigstellung schnell wieder entfernt werden.
Cut a rectangle from your soft foam - this is about 9 to 13 cm. You can make this suitcase-pincushion from all measures, so I don´t tell you anything about exactly measures - just the way. Please cut from the medium brown fabric a rectangle that could go round your soft foam rectangle and add 1 cm for seam allowance at the long side. At the short sides you need more seam allowance because this will be foldet later - so please add an allowance as high as your soft foam rectangle is - this is about 3 cm at my rectangle. Please mark this measures on your right side of the fabric - so you can see later, what is the front and what is the top from the suitcase and so on. Use a chalk-pencil for example, the chalk will be go away easily if the suitcase is finished. 
Von dem Dunkelbraun näht bitte einen schmalen Streifen - wer hat, kann einen Schrägstreifenformer (ganz schmal) dazu nutzen. Die Messingringe werden mit diesem Band zweimal gefaßt - siehe Bild. Wir brauchen später noch ein Stück für den Koffergriff und zwei kleine Stücke als Unterlegung für die Messingringe.
Sew a small strip from the dark brown fabric and sew this strip to your rings. Make this twice at every ring - see pics. We also need a strip for the grip and thow short once to lay under the rings.
Legt Euch nun die Streifen auf den Stoff wie im Bild gezeigt und plaziert auch den Koffergriff wie im Bild. Jetzt kann man sehen, wo die kleinen Stückchen hingelegt werden müssen - unter die Messingringe - und näht diese zuerst fest. Dann legt wieder alles wie auf dem Bild hin und bedeckt mit dem "Kofferband" auch die Enden des Koffergriffes. Näht nun alles fest. Stoppt dabei kurz vor dem Ring, überspringt diesen und näht danach weiter. Sonst bricht die Nadel ab.
Place the strips on the right side of your medium brown fabric rectangle - see pic and place also the grip as shown in the pic. So you can see where you have to place the rings and it´s easy to place the short strips under the rings. First sew this short pieces at place. Then lay again the long strip over this short onces and - as in the pic - go over the ends of the grip to cover the ends. Sew all strips. Stop in front of the ring and continue after hopping over the ring without sewing - don´t know how to describe it otherwise :-))) - save your needle!
Sucht Euch die passenden Label und näht sie auf die Front- und Rückseite des Koffers. Achtet auf die Richung, nicht das die Label hinterher auf dem Kopf stehen! Auch später ist es noch möglich mit der Hand weitere Label aufzunähen.
Search for funny label and sew them on the front and backside of the suitcase. You can also place some label later and sew them with hand.
Jetzt näht die Kofferhülle rechts auf echts über die langen Seiten zu. Achtet darauf, daß die Kofferbänder dabei aufeinander liegen. Danach wendet die Hülle und schiebt das Schaumstoffrechteck in die Kofferhülle.
Sew the suitcase cover at the long sides together. Please look at your strips. They should lay on each other. Now turn over. Put the soft foam rectangle inside the suitcase cover.
Faltet nun die seitlichen Beriche wir bei einem Päckchen. Die oberste Lage wird eingeschlagen, damit alles schön sauber mi der Hand zugenäht werden kann. Die andere Seite wird ebenso genäht.
Fold the side fabric as ba folding a package - see pic. Hold the fabric in place with some pins and sew all with hand. Do this with both sides.
Wer mag, näht noch zwei alte Knöpfe an die Seiten des Koffergriffes - FERTIG!!!
